TERMS & CONDITIONS
Validity of Quotation:
30 days from date of issuance.
Delivery Period:
16 working weeks upon official confirmation of order, deposit paid and design confirmation. Goods are considered undeliverable if:
- the Recipient's address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect or cannot be located,
- the shipment is unable to clear Customs, and
- the shipment is refused by the consignee before opening the package.
In the event that goods are undeliverable within 30 days after notification, the customer may be liable for any and all charges and fees incurred in returning, storing or disposing of an undeliverable shipment unless the undeliverable shipment was due to the fault of The Habitatt Space Pte Ltd. All undeliverable shipments will be returned to The Habitatt Space Pte Ltd for customer identification and return service preference.
Fee for Storage of Undeliverable Goods:
SGD$80.00 or 2% of Total Product Value.
Re-delivery of Goods (per trip):
SGD$85.00
- The Storage Fee for a Product shall be equivalent to SGD$80.00 or 2% of the Price of the Product (whichever is the higher) for each period of 30 days or part thereof. The Storage Fee shall be subject to goods and services tax.
- The Storage Fee shall be payable by the customer until completion of collection of all Product(s) in storage,
- The Storage Fee shall be payable without any deduction, set-off or counterclaim, on the first day of the period of 30 days. There shall not be any pro-rating of the Storage Fee even if the customer subsequently accept delivery of the Products that are in storage before the relevant period of 30 days has passed.
Delay in Estimated Delivery Date:
For indented goods, The Habitatt Space Pte Ltd will provide the customer with an estimated date of arrival. In case of production or shipment delays due to unforeseen circumstances, The Habitatt Space Pte Ltd will not be held liable for any liquidated, incidental, consequential damages, or remedies whatsoever.
Mode of Shipping:
Prices quoted are based on sea freight. Air freight charges to be advised. We currently ship within Singapore & Malaysia. Different charges will be applied for shipping to non-standard locations.
Payment Terms:

Customer is required to pay 50% of total bill as down payment upon official confirmation of order. Upon arrival of goods in Singapore, a second payment of 40% of total bill is required, followed by a final payment of balance 10% of total bill upon delivery and installation (if applicable) of purchased goods.
OTHER VIPP PRODUCTS
Customer is required to make full payment for purchases goods before date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of order(s) and/or non-delivery of goods, and subsequent deliveries will be chargeable.

Standard Delivery:
Customer is entitled to complimentary delivery service with minimum purchase of SGD$2,000.00. For purchase(s) below SGD$2,000.00, a fee of SGD$85.00 is payable by the customer upon delivery of good(s). Additional labour charges may be applicable for the delivery of goods that exceed standard lift capacity. Customers must provide written notification to The Habitatt Space Pte Ltd at least three (3) working days in advance for any changes to the delivery date or time.
Standard Installation:
Customer is entitled to complimentary installation services with minimum purchase of SGD$2,000.00.
Variation of Finishes:
Natural variations that occur in wood, stone, leather, and natural fibres are not considered defects. The Habitatt Space Pte Ltd does not provide warranty for the grains or textures of these natural materials.
