Order Cancellation:
Orders are confirmed upon payment and/or deposit given, and cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and/or processed.

Inspection Upon Delivery:
Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon in-store purchase and/or delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:
With the exception of manufacturing defects and in-transit damages, goods ordered and/or sold by The Habitatt Space Pte Ltd are generally non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Custom or special order furniture, lighting as well as sale clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Conditions:
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from date of delivery and/or purchase with proof of purchase for ownership verification. Upon confirmation of eligibility for refund or exchange, the defect unit must be returned to The Habitatt Space Pte Ltd in its original condition and packaging within 7 days for the exchange to take place. Alternatively, refunds will be processed within approximately 4 weeks, where the refundable amount equivalent to the purchase value of defective and/or damaged goods will be issued via cheque or credit card.
