The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused directly or indirectly by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or manipulation. In addition, it is assumed that the care instructions are followed. In case of a defective product, Vipp offers to repair, replace, or credit the product. Furthermore, Vipp will also arrange the pickup of the defective product, unless otherwise agreed.

As the exclusive dealer for Vipp in Singapore & Malaysia, The Habitatt Space Pte Ltd will service all warranty claims within 24 months of purchase. Warranty claims thereafter, but still within the stipulated period, will be subjected to a nominal transportation fee (value to be determined on case-by-case basis). Customer is required to present proof of purchase for eligibility verification before making a warranty claim. Products purchased from parallel importers are not covered by any warranty.
